On April 19th, we had the honour to present the Vox Technology Park building to the public. The event was a colourful and gave guests the opportunity to make a tour of our building and learn about our latest project!

Those attending the event could listen to Virgil Tornoreanu’s story on how the idea of this project started 12 years ago and was materialized just only after the 2008 financial crisis. Enthusiasm and involvement were the ones to finally make the first steps into building Vox Technology Park, back in 2015.

As mentioned before, the interior staircase of the building was turned into an urban art gallery, unique in Romania. at the event, guests were guided by Mihai Zgondoiu, the project curator, and made a tour of the gallery. Many artists and volunteers have been involved in creating the impressive graffiti, such as Irlo, Pisica Patrata, Lux and Mircea Popescu.

At the event, guests were also introduced to the most recent project developed by Werk Property Group, a 14 mil euro investment which represents a premiere for Romanian real estate market – Vox Vertical Village.

Vox Vertical Village is the new residential building in Timisoara that presents a collection of 120 luxurious, handcrafted and contemporary residences, with a unique concept, disposed over 10 levels near Vox Technology Park Business Hub. The project is estimated to be completed by the end of 2019.

Many thanks to everyone who participated in the event!
