The construction of our building is approaching completion and we are preparing for the inauguration event!
We are only a few weeks apart from the completion of the building, after which we can move on to the interior finishing and division of the office space and finally welcome the first tenants. If in the past months the progress from one month to another was fragmented in certain areas of activity, in November, the construction team focused their efforts on finishing as many segments as possible.
Base structures and masonry have been completed in the past months, and electricity supply is now over 80% ready, both for high and low voltage. Further work is being done on sanitary and HVAC installations, which are now 90% complete.
Cardboard wall plastering and flooring has been fully completed, and the team is currently working on finishing the elevators, with 30%of the process being completed.
As far as the exterior of the building is concerned, the installation of the curtain walls is almost complete and the windows have been fully assembled. Aluminum shading panels and Alubond boxes are over 90% mounted, which means that the facade of the building is almost finished.
Last but not least, our teams also work on the access ways by building the access road, a recently launched work that has reached a 10% progress.
